INTRODUCTION OF SAHAAYA 2.0 APPLICATION
Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike is introducing SAHAAYA 2.0 Application to the Citizens of Bengaluru for their grievances addressal system. This SAHAAYA 2.0 application is updated with new features. The details are shown below:
1. The complaint registered by Bengaluru citizens in SAHAAYA 2.0 application will be automatically routed to the concerned Officers.
2. The Complaint once registered in SAHAAYA 2.0, the Officers can monitor the Complaints immediately once the docket number is generated.
3. The Officers can identify the exact location of the problem through the Google MAP.
4. The Officers are bound with timeline period for each type of complaint, hence forth the complaint will be escalated to the next level.
5. There is a provision to the officers as well as citizen, to upload the photo of the problem after resolving.
